Senior WordPress Developer

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress themes and plugins, with a focus on MULTIGURA plugin integration.

Architect scalable and high-performance multilingual WordPress solutions.

Optimize website performance, security, and implement SEO best practices, ensuring compatibility with MULTIGURA’s multilingual capabilities.

Work closely with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences across multiple languages.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress-related issues, particularly those related to multilingual functionalities and MULTIGURA.

Implement and manage third-party integrations, APIs, and headless WordPress solutions with multilingual support.

Stay ahead of WordPress trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and leverage MULTIGURA’s unique features.

Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices, particularly in multilingual and No Code development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall website architecture and functionality, with an emphasis on supporting multiple languages.

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer.

Familiarity with WordPress Codex.

Expert-level proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL/MariaDB.

Extensive experience with theme and plugin development/customization.

Strong understanding of WordPress REST API, custom post types, and database optimization.

In-depth knowledge of website optimization, security best practices, and debugging tools.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control.

Deep understanding of multilingual website development, particularly integration with plugins like MULTIGURA.

Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership in multilingual website projects.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.

Experience with WooCommerce and enterprise WordPress solutions, especially with multilingual support.
